  3. ScratchPad is a quick and simple text editor for Windows 3.1. It features copy, cut and
  4. paste along with search and replace making it a powerful tool for editing and examining
  5. INI, BAT, SYS, C, CPP and TXT files.

  7. ScratchPad is being distributed as SHAREWARE. You may try out ScratchPad for a 
  8. period of thirty days. After thirty days you are asked to register ScratchPad if you 
  9. continue to find it useful. If not,  you are asked to discontinue use of the program.

  11. ScratchPads ZIP file (spad-11.zip) may be distributed freely as long as all files are intact
  12. and unmodified. No fee may be charged for distribution of this program.

  29. ver 1.1     03-07-94 Fixed undefined variable problem when trying to print without first
  30.               picking a font. Now uses system default untill a different one is picked. Thanks
  31.               to Kevin Link of R.P.B., FL for pointing it out (it worked fine on my system, honest!).
  32.               Added the ability to choose seperate screen and printer fonts. View text on screen
  33.               in one font and print in another.

  35. ver 1.2     03-14-94 Added drag and drop support. Drag a file from File Manager and drop it
  36.                on ScratchPad icon to start ScratchPad with file loaded.
